  • Could I use bank transfer to pay for my subscription?

    No, you cannot select bank transfer as your payment for your subscription. Any plans are available with credit-card transactions only.

  • Is it available to change my subscription or payment method.

    Yes, it is available to edit your informations from “Manage subscription” on a page footer or in your my-page. To use the function, you need to sign up for our website.

  • How to place my order

    To purchase products, please follow the steps below.

    1.Select the product size, grind, and other necessary factors on the product page and click "Add to Cart".

    2. Check all the items you have chosen in your cart. If you have any requirements in detail (Grind, Shipping,dtc), please write them in the remarks column and click “Check Out”.

    3. Fill in your shipping address and contact information on the "Shipping" page. Check the shipping cost and proceed to payment.

    4. Select a payment method and fill in additional information if your billing address is different from your shipping address.

    5. Click “Pay Now” to complete your order.

     

    Follow the steps above to complete your order. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation mail to your registered e-mail address.

    ※ Regarding "Bank Transfer", please fulfill the payment to our Rakuten Bank account to ensure that we can confirm your payment within 7 days from the order date.

    ※Only one shipping address per order is acceptable. If you wish to have your order delivered to multiple destinations, please contact us by e-mail firstly.

  • Can I change my order?

    No changes will be accepted after payment is completed. Orders can be cancelled or refunded before shipment. The cancellation fee is 15% the refunded amount.

     

  • What are the payment options?

    The following three types of credit cards are accepted

    ※Changing from a different payment method (PayPal, Amazon Pay, bank transfer) to credit card payment cannot be accepted due to personal information security issue.

     

    Please note that credit card processing may not be available in the following cases.

    The card number is incorrect, the name on the card is incorrect (including Chinese characters instead of Roman characters, different capitalization, etc.), the expiration date is past, the year and month of the expiration date are entered backwards, the security code is incorrect.

     

    PayPal

    For customers who do not have a PayPal account

    1. From the PayPal top page, click New Registration in the upper right corner. Check "Personal Account" for individual customers and "Business Account" for corporate customers, then click "Continue".
    2. Enter your nationality, email address, and password, and proceed to the next page. On the next page, fill in your name, address, and phone number to create an account. Next, you can register your credit card.
    3. Click on "Go to Account Management". Then proceed to For Customers who have a PayPal account Step2.

    For customers who have a PayPal account

    1. Log in your PayPal account from PayPal top page .

    2. Click on "Payments and Billing”. 

    3. Click on "Pay for goods or services".

    4. Enter the billing amount in the amount field. In the Shipping Address field, select "No address required" and press "Continue".

    5. Please check the amount and click "Pay Now". The payment is complete when the payment execution screen is displayed. Click the "Logout" button in the upper right corner to log out and exit.

    Please transfer to our account at Rakuten Bank below so that we can confirm your payment within 7 days from the date of your order.

    Please deposit using the name on the order to ensure prompt payment confirmation. Normally, we will confirm your payment within one business day.

     

    After we confirm your payment, we will proceed to prepare for shipment.

    The total amount to be paid is product price + shipping cost.

    Please pay the bank transfer fee at your own expense. (The handling fee varies depending on the financial institution.)

    If we are unable to confirm your payment within 7 days, your order will be canceled.

     

     

     

  • Can I order by phone or fax?

    We are currently not accepting orders by phone or fax.

  • About Shipping and Delivery

  • How much is the shipping fee?

    All of our products are shipped by Sagawa Express, except for free shipping products.

    For domestic shipment, the fee is 770 yen (1650 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa only) and FREE shipping above 10800 yen (above 11680 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa).

     

    For shipments outside of Japan, shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of the item and the delivery area.

    You can check the calculation of shipping cost at the stage of proceeding to payment in the cart after selecting the product.

    Customers are responsible for customs duties and other fees incurred at the time of importation.

     

     

  • How long does it take to get delivered?

    It usually takes 1-3 business days for shipping preparation (Depending on product availability).

    ※Business days: Mon. - Fri.

    For Japan domestic shipments, parcels are sent by Sagawa Express.

    For international shipments, parcels are sent by DHL Express or EMS

    Please see the table below for the approximate number of days required for delivery after shipment.

     

     

    Remote islands and remote areas may take longer.
    Please contact us using the contact form if you would like to know the detailed number of days required or if you wish to have your order shipped in a hurry.

  • Will I receive fresh coffee beans?

    Coffee beans purchased from our online store are generally shipped within 8 days after roasting. Since the introduction of our current roasting machine (Loring Falcon), LiLo's coffee beans start to be ready to drink from around the 8th day after roasting and reach their peak around the 14th day, after which the flavor slowly settles down.

    Our beans stay tasty about one month or more after roasting.

     

  • Return and Exchange Policy

  • The product I received is different from what I ordered.

    We're sorry for this inconvenience. Please email us at (lilo.coffee.roasters@gmail.com)with your order number. We will send you a refund or replacement as soon as we confirm the status.

  • The product I received was damaged.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us an email (lilo.coffee.roasters@gmail.com) with a photo of the damaged part and the situation. We will send you a refund or a replacement as soon as we confirm the situation.

  • Can I return the wrong product that I have ordered?

    Cancellation is possible before shipment, but not if the order has already been shipped. In the event of a cancellation at the customer's convenience, 15% of the refunded amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

     

  • Gift Wrapping

  • Gift wrapping?

    If you place this product together, we will nicely wrap up your order for a gift.

     

    LiLo coffee roasters original gift bag can be used for any product you order as a present.

     

    The bag is made of organic cotton and there is a small stitch of our logo. Also the colourful ribbon makes the gift more fancy.

    The bag is made of solid organic cotton fabric and is simple enough to be used for a variety of purposes after it has been used as gift wrapping, such as a storage for small items or a change of clothes when traveling.

     

    *There are two different size options. we will choose a suitable gift bag for your order.

     

    *If you want to send a message card, please let us know the message and purposes. Hand writing message is also available.

     

    *In case of too many items to wrapping up, we will contact you by email and offering to buy another bag. Or we will be able to refund the money of wrapping operation.

  • Do you have any recommendations for gift items?

    Yes, we do. Please choose the perfect product according to your needs and the situation of the person you are sending the gift to.

  • Will the present package arrive with the sender's name on it?

    If the address of the recipient is different from that of the orderer, we will not enclose the delivery note nor the invoice.

     

    In addition to stating "From Mr. XX" on the delivery slip, we also include a handwritten message card with the item, stating "This is a present from Mr. XX to Mr. △△". The recipient will be able to understand who sent the package.

     

     

  • Doesn't it include something with a price?

    If the address of the recipient is different from that of the orderer, we will not include any price identification. Please do not worry.

  • Can I order large quantities of gifts as gifts for celebration among close friends and relatives?

    Yes. Please contact us by email first.

    When you contact us, please let us know the products you want, the number of items, and the date you would like them delivered.

  • Can I have the beans ground?

    Yes. You can choose [Whole Beans], [For French Press], [For Filter], [For Espresso] on the product page.
